Please report your illness immediately
Notify about illness before the start of the workday or shift. Notification must also be made immediately if you fall ill during the shift. Please report by calling:
- Your supervisor at the workplace, if you have been instructed to do so.
- Eezy’s own HR / responsible person, or
- Customer service, if you work in the retail sector.
Reporting absence before the start of the shift is a prerequisite for receiving sick leave pay.
Submit your sick leave certificate
Submit your medical certificate for sick leave to Eezy at least on Mondays, Fridays, weekends, and no later than the fourth day of absence. Provide it to Eezy according to the application you are using for that particular shift:
- Eezy Talent app: Upload your sick leave certificate to the time tracking section.
- Eezy Kauppa Työntekijäsovellus/ Extranet: Send your sick leave certificate via email to your HR representative.
- Eezy Työntekijät app / LikeIT: Send your sick leave certificate via email to your HR representative.
Eezy also has the option to grant sick leave for one day at a time without a medical certificate. However, the employer has the right to request a medical certificate from the first day of illness
When a workplace accident occurs
When a workplace accident occurs, please notify Eezy about the accident as you would for reporting sick leave.
Make an accident report by calling FenniaHoitaja at 010 503 5000. They will guide you to appropriate care if needed. If the accident requires immediate medical attention, go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center. Call 112 if the accident is severe.
Occupational health services
As an Eezy employee, you have access to occupational health services related to medical care at Terveystalo, provided you have worked at least 40 hours in the previous calendar month. You can book an appointment using the Terveystalo app or at www.terveystalo.com. Detailed instructions are below, and you can also get more information from Eezy’s HR.
When seeking medical care, please follow these steps
As an occupational health client, log into the appointment booking system using the Terveystalo app or at www.terveystalo.com.
Complete the symptom questionnaire, and you will be directed to the Nurse Chat if it is suitable based on your reason for visit or symptoms. In other situations, you will be directed to other occupational health services, such as a video or in-person consultation with an occupational health professional.

Booking appointment for occupational health
When you have received a referral from occupational health, for example to a laboratory, you can book an appointment directly through the appointment booking system. The appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Messages to occupational health
For non-urgent matters related to ongoing treatment (e.g., inquiries about test results or follow-up care instructions), you can contact your designated occupational health team through the Messages channel in the Terveystalo app.
- Go to the Remote Services page in the app and select Messages from the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Start a new conversation.
