Description of the shares

Eezy’s share “Eezy” is listed on Helsinki Stock Exchanges Main List. The shares are included in Euroclear Finland Ltd’s book-entry system.

The Company has one share class, and each share entitles to one vote in the General Meetings. The shares carry no limitations on voting. The shares in the Company do not have a nominal value. All Eezy’s shares carry equal rights to dividends and other distributions of funds by the Company (including distributions of assets in the event of the liquidation of the Company). The Company’s Articles of Association do not contain any stipulations on the maximum or minimum amount of share capital.
