As the employer, Eezy (staffing service provider) is responsible for employment-related costs, including salaries, social security contributions and statutory insurances. The Customer is responsible for directing and supervising the work on site.

Pricing – what does an EOR service cost in Finland?

The total cost of an EOR service consists of two main components:

1. Salary and employment-related costs of the staffed employee

The minimum salary level is determined in accordance with the applicable Collective Agreements. Employment-related costs include social security contributions, pension contributions and statutory insurances, which are typically around 20–25% of the gross salary.

2. Eezy’s service fee

The service fee is defined based on the assignment, either as a gross salary multiplier (the most common pricing model) or as a fixed monthly fee.

The total cost depends on factors such as the industry, duration of the assignment, number of employees and scope of the service. Additional services are agreed separately based on the scope of the assignment.
