E-invoice addresses

We only accept invoices in electronic form. Electronic invoices are processed faster, archiving is easier, and the environmental burden caused by paper invoices is reduced. We kindly ask to send invoices always as e-invoices.

• The invoice must be addressed to the official name of the company.
• The invoice must always contain which company the invoice applies to and the reference provided by the purchaser / service user or other unique reference information.
• E-mail invoices: E-invoice is our primary invoicing channel. If you are not able to send e-invoices, please use our e-mail scanning service. The e-mail must contain only one invoice in one PDF attachment. Please note that other emails won’t be processed.
